Sara Werbinska Esteves

Architect by training.
Real estate professional by practice.

In short

I came to real estate because I kept seeing people make expensive decisions without the information they needed. My background gives me a different way of looking at a property — and a different way of helping clients think about it.

My background

I trained and worked as an architect. Over the years, I developed a way of reading spaces — not just what they are, but what they could be. How light moves through a floor plan. Where a structural wall sits. What a renovation will actually cost versus what people assume.

When I transitioned into real estate, I brought all of that with me. I also brought something else: experience as a property investor and owner. I have renovated properties myself. I have made the same decisions my clients face — and I understand what's at stake on both sides.

Today I work across Luxembourg, helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the most significant decisions of their lives. I specialise in properties that have hidden potential — the ones that need someone who can see past their current state and understand what they could become.

An architect’s eye

I read floor plans, assess structure, understand natural light and spatial flow. Things most agents don't think about - and most buyers don't know to ask about.

An investor’s mind

I own and have renovated property myself. I understand renovation costs, rental potential, and long-term value - not in theory, but from experience.

A trusted team

Behind me is a team of architects and contractors. For properties that need work, I can give you a realistic picture of what's involved — before you commit.
